About Dan Tate
He was the Senior Property Manager at NASA for The Boeing Company. During his tenure he attained the level of Certified Professional Property Manager (C.P.P.M.) This is the highest attainable level related to Property Management. In 2019 Dan founded the” Dan Tate Team” which focuses on corporate housing and the long-term rental market.
His primary focus is to assist individuals and landlords. COVID 19 has presented a unique situation regarding the current Real Estate Market across the U.S… There is a disparity between landlords and tenants which occurred during and after COVID when rents were not paid by tenants. Subsequently, landlords filed many evictions, and many tenants were evicted and now have an eviction on their credit reports. As a further result, these tenants have been unable to find housing and thus the affordable housing crisis has emerged.
This crisis has forced Mr. Tate’s hand to reinvest in the community by providing affordable Long Term and Corporate Housing. Long Term Rentals operate the same way Short Term Rentals or Airbnb operate. There is no credit check, the units are generally furnished and generally utilities are provided. Dans goal is to provide housing across the US and have an impact on the affordable housing crisis via this model.
